About AgentMailer
Agents need identities that outlive a model run.
AgentMailer is built by Aadi Labs to give software agents a stable, accountable way to communicate with people, services, and other agents.
The communication layer, not the workflow engine
An agent may be recreated, moved between runtimes, or upgraded to a new model, but the people and systems around it still need one dependable place to reach it. AgentMailer gives each agent a persistent handle with a deliverable inbox, an A2A Agent Card, and an explicit policy boundary. The application using AgentMailer continues to own its models, tools, schedules, checkpoints, and business decisions.
This separation keeps communication durable without turning email infrastructure into an opaque agent workspace. Open interfaces—REST, MCP, A2A, SMTP, IMAP, JMAP, webhooks, and WebSockets—let teams use the runtime that fits their product while preserving the same identity and conversation history.
Human authority stays visible
Agent-created identities require human approval. Organizations can scope access by operation and workspace, use communication policies, inspect activity, and revoke credentials without reassigning an address to an unrelated agent. We design retries, idempotency, signed events, quarantine, and delivery state around the reality that autonomous systems repeat work and encounter untrusted input.
