What counts as a message?
Each outbound email accepted by AgentMailer counts toward the monthly sending limit. Inbound mail, delivery-status events, and A2A tasks do not count against that limit.
Are A2A identities charged separately?
No. Each inbox includes the matching A2A identity under the same handle.
What happens above the Startup limits?
Capacity scales automatically at $2 per additional inbox or domain and $2 per additional 1,000 monthly emails. The calculator always selects the less expensive Developer or Startup baseline.
Is there a startup program?
Yes. Startup is a $200 monthly fleet plan. Qualifying early-stage AI-agent companies can also apply for six months of Developer through the startup program.
Do all plans include IMAP and SMTP?
Yes. Protocol compatibility is part of the inbox, not an enterprise-only gate.
